Troldtekt Acoustic Panel, FUTURECEM
Spruce shredded to wood wool, mixed with FUTURECEM™ limestone-calcined-clay cement and pressed into a panel whose open surface does the acoustic work — the standard Nordic answer to a hard ceiling that echoes, screwed to battens or laid in a grid, on ceilings or as wall panelling. The wood is PEFC/FSC-certified and the panel holds more biogenic carbon than its production emits, which the declaration shows honestly: the store comes back as +7.47 kgCO2e/m² at incineration (C3), and lime carbonation earns a genuine −0.99 in use (B1). The lower-carbon variant of the panel this catalogue already lists: FUTURECEM replaces part of the clinker with limestone and calcined clay, taking declared production carbon from −0.18 to −2.89 kgCO2e/m² against the white-cement panel. Natural grey in colour rather than the white-cement pale.

Carbon and evidence
Product Evidence
Evidence currently held for the Troldtekt product record.
Recorded Carbon Result
A1–A3 GWP-total per m² of 25 mm unpainted panel. Negative because 6.85 kgCO2e of biogenic carbon is held in the wood wool against 3.95 of fossil emissions; the same declaration returns +7.47 kgCO2e/m² at end-of-life incineration (C3), so cradle-to-grave is positive. B1 adds a genuine −0.99 carbonation credit in use.
Indicator: GWP-total
A1–A3 covers raw-material supply, transport to manufacture and manufacturing. It is product-stage information, not a whole-life result.
