- Combustible, and any historic surface treatment is unknown. Treatment to a Euroclass is possible but changes the surface

- The binding constraint. Stock is finite and non-repeatable — the quantity available when you specify is the quantity there is
Read This Honestly
- •No declaration is held for this stock, and a reclamation yard has no production run to declare. An EPD covering recovery, processing and transport is possible in principle — Reclaimed Brick Company published one for reclaimed brick in 2025 — so treat this as evidence not yet held, rather than evidence that cannot exist.
- •Provenance affects more than carbon — old paint may be lead-based and old structural timber may carry preservative treatments. Confirm before specifying for an interior.
- •Availability, not cost or carbon, is what usually removes this from a project.
