  • No EPD exists or can exist: there is no manufacturer and no declared unit.
  • This record is UNSTABILISED rammed earth. Cement-stabilised rammed earth is a different material — reported as "not much better than concrete" — and needs its own record with a declared cement percentage.
  • Thermal mass is not insulation. An earth wall alone will not meet current UK fabric requirements.
