TS815 Acrylic Topseal
A single-component modified acrylic decorative topseal for use over Nullifire intumescent basecoats on internal or external steelwork. It protects the intumescent layer and provides the visible finish. Available across the RAL, RAL Design, BS 4800 and NCS ranges — this is the product that carries the colour of exposed painted steelwork, not the intumescent basecoat beneath it. VOC compliant to current AIM regulations.

Carbon and evidence
Product Evidence
Evidence currently held for the Nullifire product record.
Evidence Base
No declaration yetNullifire has not published an EPD or a quantified carbon figure for this product, so nothing on this card is numerical. The guidance below is qualitative — drawn from the product record and curated category knowledge — for early design discussion, not for figures.
No EPD is published for TS815. Nullifire’s 2024 EPD programme covers the SC-series intumescent basecoats only. No carbon figure is recorded for this product rather than borrowing one from the basecoat range, which is a different formulation with a different declared unit.
Next step: request a current product EPD or manufacturer carbon declaration.
