Fibo 850 3.6N
The lightweight block, at 103 kg/m² little more than half the weight of the dense blocks — and the highest carbon in the range at 39.8 kgCO₂e/m². That is not a contradiction: lightweight aggregate is expanded in a kiln, so the weight comes out of the block and goes into the firing. It is specified for handling, thermal performance and reduced structural load, all of which are good reasons — but on carbon it is the most expensive block Lignacite make.

Carbon and evidence
Product Evidence
Evidence currently held for the Lignacite product record.
Recorded Carbon Result
A1–A3 GWP-total per m² of 100 mm wall (103.32 kg). Essentially all fossil; this block holds no meaningful biogenic carbon. Carbonation adds a further declared -0.708 in use (B1).
Indicator: GWP-total
Fibo 850 3.6N (HUB-0146)A1–A3 covers raw-material supply, transport to manufacture and manufacturing. It is product-stage information, not a whole-life result.
